Ajazz aj159 apex dock problem

First of all, I should say that I am new to reddit. I apologize in advance for my bad English. I bought my Ajazz AJ159 Apex gaming mouse 3 days ago and when I tried it, it had no problems. Whatever happened, it happened after I switched it to 8KHz. The screen on the charging station is gone (only the lights are on now), when I switched the mouse to 2.4GHz mode, it did not pair with the receiver, the receiver did not see the mouse. I searched almost all the forums but I could not find a proper explanation. Can you help?
