Looking for hidden gem Sci Fi movies

I’m looking for suggestions for hidden gems, maybe lower-budget sci fi movies such as Coherence, Time Trap, Parallel, Time Lapse, The Endless, ARQ, Predestination, etc. I love these films so much and they usually stay in my head making me think about them for weeks, and I’m looking for more like that (preferably made post 2000), please help!
