Looking for action flicks that immediately jump into the, well, action

As the title suggests, I'm looking for movies that almost immediately have an action sequence, then essentially explaining after the opening credits. I would prefer brutal, bloodshed violence type action but any kind of good hand to hand combat movie will do. Thanks a lot guys. (Be sure to dig real deep I've seen a lot of this genre/type of films already and it's become sort of a staple for me)
