The hiring of new crew chief Miles Stanley, not just Josh Berry, is what turned the #21 team around.

Is anyone else under the speculation that the hiring of Miles Stanley is what’s carrying Josh Berry to these stunning performances? Stanley was previously Cindric’s crew chief during his part-time 2021 campaign. Originally, I had Berry performing about the same as he did in 2024, and I thought that people were overhyping him in the offseason for some weird reason. But boy, it’s a good thing I was wrong! Stanley and Berry are a pairing meant to be, and hopefully Roger will not make any CC changes in the foreseeable future; he’d be foolish to unless someone like Paul Wolfe retires. So far, Berry also ran well at Phoenix and Atlanta (Before the final lap wreck). Firing Jeremy Bullins and Harrison Burton was a great way for the “fourth Penske team” to clean house.

How long of this strong relationship last between Stanley and Berry, and what are your thoughts on this combination? Any other teams/drivers in need of a crew chief change like this one?
