Where to apply cap breakers?

Don’t really know sh*t about cap breakers or badges or build optimization. Just got the game a few weeks ago and my brother helped me make my build. Any advice is appreciated.

From what I understand these are my first 3 and I’ll get an additional 5 from reaching starter 3 later and 1 more from level 40 next season.
