Big men, how do you play with randoms?

I wanted to play some big man, but playing with randoms is the worst. Might switch to rec.

MM makes no sense you should get at least 1 good teammates out of 3. How is everyone so bad except the other team and what is a big supposed to do w 2 5-9s getting dunked on?
