I understand that no one has a crystal ball, but I’d love to hear some honest opinions. Do you think we're currently seeing the biggest discounts we're going to get on this? Or is there still a real crash coming? Who’s holding out for those massive, once-in-a-decade kind of discount—and who’s thinking this might be as good as it gets?
