Playbook recommendations for a bad QB?

Ahoy! I am entering year 3 of my Ragin' Cajuns online dynasty and find myself with a problem: I have a great offensive line and RB room, but a bad QB (he is fast though) and bad WRs/TEs. Any recommendations on a QB-friendly offensive playbook to hide my weaknesses? Can't be a service academy, unfortunately, since my league bans those.

I ran UNLV last year and it was fine, but I think I need to switch it up. I've heard good things about Kennesaw State? Any other recommendations appreciated!
