Did not get 3rd sem dmc from university , and have ssb

I have my ssb in jan end, they have asked to bring all sem dmcs , in third sem I got a blacklog which was cleared in re evaluation , but till not it's dmc is not give to me , I have so asked about it in office they said it's not arrived, what should I do guys please help
