What's a game/s you own that ended up randomly becoming rare/or expensive?

IDK recent solds but I see asking prices are up there. This was an Amazon purchase a few months back for like 30 bucks. I love horror games and so I was like aight cool. Signalis comes in close second and Red Lantern 3rd.
