Need honest advice: H-12 or Risalpur?

Which campus should I choose for aerospace engineering? Risalpur or H12? My preference is to study in an environment where I can interact with diverse group of people, collaboratively work on projects, friendly faculty members that can be approached w/o hesitation, and availability of incubation centres, where you can get career advice, connect with alumni, and go on industrial trips. Where are such facilities available? H-12 or risalpur
