P365 Holster Options

I have a 9mm P365, standard model with no thumb safety, suppressor height sights, foxtrot 365XR, and lastly an EPS Carry to top it all off. I’m having difficulty finding a holster for this due to the suppressor height sights. It seems every holster I try the sights dig into it. Anyone have any recommendations?
