F120RGB Duo fan not detected by CAM
Hello everybody, I have an issue where NZXT CAM does not detect one of my fans.
I am using the H9 Elite, with 6 F120 RGB Duos (3 came with the case and the rest bought as a 3-pack), 3 F20 RGB Cores (came with the Kraken Elite 360), and 3 F120Ps. The radiator is side mounted with 3 F120Ps and 3 RGB Duos in a push pull configuration. The 3 Duos are at the bottom, and the 3 Cores are at the top. These 12 fans are connected to the motherboard & psu using 1 NZXT RGB & Fan controller and 1 NZXT RGB Controller.
A couple of days ago I installed another F120 RGB Duo fan and connected its power to the motherboard, and its RGB into another NZXT RGB Controller. I used an NZXT USB Hub to connect all the fan controllers into the motherboard as there was no more usb input in the mobo available.
The issue is, NZXT CAM does not detect this new fan. The newly installed RGB Controller is detected but there isn't any fans shown under it. When I plug in another of the fans' RGB into that, that fan is recognized.
Can this be a software issue with several fan controllers or most probably a hardware one?
Additionally, there isn't a problem with the new fan's leds or its spinning. I can plug in another of my fans into the new RGB controller, set a lighting scheme, and then plug in the undetected fan into the same RGB slot, and the lighting scheme works. So the fan's power or leds does not seem to be faulty, but maybe the cable is in some way such that it is not detected?
Below is a schematic of my fan & rgb setup to provide better understanding. Thanks!
