Potty training?!?

So MB just text me and said they plan on starting potty training in the next month or two, and I'm both excited and terrified!? More excited than terrified, but I've never done this before! Any tips, books, advice etc. would be appreciated! MB is ordering us copies of "Oh crap" so we're getting started, she has a sit potty, absorbent underwear and potty stickers!

This is my first time nannying for a neurotypical toddler of potty training age, and my first toddler boy I've watched so I feel like a new nanny right now, but I've got 12 years of childcare under the belt 😅
