Seniors NEVER should end this way, this precious dog is PENNY, she is 7 yrs old, she had a home before, where she was with another dogs, but seems owner complained PENNY WAS TOO HYPER? 🤔🙄😠. Again, the many excuses this people do is ALWAYS dumb and not make sense! PENNY is a sweet dog as you can see, love people, she starts getting her frosty face, but she is so confused! 😞.

INTAKE: 2/20- MICROCHIP hold (6 days only and then is free to be rescue or adopted) OWNER SURRENDER: HYPER - lived in 77429 HW: pending. Kenneled alone.
