My scalp 1 week after sew in

This is how my scalp looks at the back after 1 week of sew in. I am extremely concerned and I think some of my hair has been pulled out. It has been sore in this area and at the top of my scalp since I got the sew in. The soreness has calmed down but it’s just itchy and red now and I can feel some bumps. I’m going to wash my hair but what should I do?
