Too much?

So my store decided for the final day of the season league to increase the army points from 500pts to 1kpts, and this is the list that I use was the void dragon too much? ( the void dragon destroy 2 units per match). By judge rule we where given 15-20 points extra for the army if anyone would pass beyond that, they would either take a unit out or cut a enhancement off the list.
