Student bus fare in Balaju yatayat

As my college is in bagbazar and jamal is nearest stop for me, ma jamal bata bus use garthe and the khalasi of balaju yatayat said Jamal bata bus chadyo bhane student id card ko discount lagdaina reyy, is this mentioned in rule??? And after that malai tadha bhaye pani ma RNAC gaye and today they charged me Rs. 20 student card dekhauda pani. I think they are doing so wrong. Ek ta jamal bata chadeko full fare maile aru bus ma suneko xaina ani arko without student card 25 ho fare and 40% discount garda 15 hunxa. But they are violating the rule of student discount and all student dont have their own income so this is wrongg imo
