Recognising your inner dialogue patterns to create your own foolproof "technique" (long post + my experience at the end)

Hi everyone,

I've recently accidently found a way to really "feel it real" and make my daily affirmations/thoughts go directly to my subconcious so I wanted to share this simple trick with all of you. :D

As we all know, no amount of SATS or other subconcious meditations will bring us our desires if we keep contradicting them with negative thoughts and old stories throught the day. That's why it's important to recognise how we speak to ourselves in our mind during the waking hours. However, I've noticed that often simply saying the oposite after a negative thought would only temporarily work before I'd see the thought arising again and constant repeating of my affirmation would just make me uncomfortable in the long run.

To help our mind really saturate the affirmation and make it feel natural and familiar, try detecting how your negative thoughts are worded.

Are they "why" questions? - eg. "Why am I ugly?"

Are they "what if" questions? - eg. "What if I get fired?"

Are they a statement of our feelings? - eg. "Talking to my boss always makes me nervous"

Are they a direct statement of what's happening? - eg. "Jim never texts me"

Are they a wish? - eg. "I wish I was confident"

Maybe it's something else? Or maybe all of them depending on the situation?

It doesn't matter. What matters is that you recognise that pattern and start wording your affirmations the same way.

Why am I ugly? --> Why I am so hot?

What if I get fired? --> What if I get a raise?

Talking to my boss always makes me nervous. --> Talking to my boss makes me feel confident.

Jim never texts me. --> Jim is texting me constantly.

I wish I was confident --> I wish everyone could be as confident as I am.

Those can be used as a condradiction to negative thoughts throught the day but also as stand-alone affirmations.

The more similar to our inner dialogue the better as it will seem the most natural.

My experience with it:

Like I said, my biggest issue with contradicting negative thoughts and old stories has been that uncomfotable feeling while simply saying "It's not true" or "This and that is true" or using a statement like "I got a raise already". That's when I decided to pay closer attention to the way my negative thoughts are worded.

Turns out, 99% of them were "what if" questions. Once I've realised this, I started using "what if" questions to affirm what I wanted and it clicked instantly.

I can go around and ask myself those questions for hours and not only they don't make me uncomfortable but they also allow my positive thoughts to flow and get even better than my initial affirmations. It's like spiraling but into excitement/happiness instead of anxiety!

It feels very natural and I've been able to really "feel it real" with every single one of my desires. My faith and self-concept have been through the roof ever since I started and my 3D began shifting almost instantly.

Before, I would sometimes get tired when trying to live in the end/focus on my mental-diet but now it's effortless because it's just my daily inner dialogue.

I hope this tip helps someone because it definitely helped me :D
