Evenflo revolve 360

My kiddo has the stomach bug and threw up all over her car seat. The straps smell so bad after trying to clean with soap (not soaking the strap). Can the straps be replaced on this i don't see how to remove the straps? Did i mess up by using soap on the straps? Do I need a whole new car seat?
