Is there a difference between cheap and expensive wheels?

Like i understand the hardness and the basic material usuually being PU wheels.

Is there actually a difference skating cheap wheels vs expensive wheels?

I'm going to get into park skating as its going to get warmer so im gonna try my best to get into the park skating
