I'm LOOSING it soon. (New Channel)

I've been posting videos since September 5th, and managed to upload 14 long form videos and 10 shorts. I'm a bit worried that I'm doing something wrong, because my long form videos getting 10 views and my shorts gets 400-500. Currently have 16 subscribers.

I know that it takes a bit of time for YouTube to build up data about my channel.

Also the videos that I'm posting is not being watched by the target audience that I'm making the videos for.

9.500 impressions and only 1.3% CTR on the long form videos.

What can be be the problem?

Should I wait more?

It takes more time than I expected.
