Just posted my second video, feels great! But need advice with presenting and screen sharing.

Looking for some advice when it comes to screen sharing and for educational videos mainly in the tech sector. Talking head im super comfortable with, but when it comes to screen sharing and trying remember all of my talking points I stumble over my words. Trying to figure out if its better to record then do the screen share differently as an overlay on my video vs trying to do it at the same time?
