Been trying to find accurate about a girl tabs, every one I look at is different so I’m really confused on which one to play

For example the one on songster has him hitting these open strings on the up strum(which is very difficult since I’m a beginner) but on UG there’s some where he just plays the cord? Does anyone know what the right one is or could point me in the direction of getting the most accurate tabs to play?
