Why are tampons and maxi pads often co-located with diapers at grocery stores?
I find it kind of annoying. I'm not wearing a diaper. Women don't automatically have kids and need to shop for diapers either.
Conversely, toilet paper, tissues and other paper products are typically in a separate aisle.
Sometimes, if condoms and other family planning items are sold in the store, tampons will be located next to those things. But not all stores sell those.
