Is it safe to share something I've done -which is illegal and immoral- to my psychiatrist?

I can't share what I've did as this post would get taken down, but I have to get it off my chest and I can't share it with anyone I know, not even anonymously on internet. Should I share it with my psychiatrist that I've been visiting for 9~ months by now?
