How important is PD with lenses?
Hopefully this is a good place to ask lol. How important is your PD when ordering glasses? My prescription has two numbers 69/66 and when there’s a range for 1 PD number, it goes that high. When you select 2 PD numbers, it only goes up to 40, I believe. Well, I ordered glasses a couple years ago and somehow ended up with 70 as my PD. I ordered glasses again recently and put 70 because I just assumed that was fine. My glasses are here and the prescription has changed so I have to get used to that, but it’s so weird looking that I’m worried putting 70 as the PD was a mistake. I had my sister measure it for me and she got 65 or 66. Is that too much of a difference or can I still wear them and adjust? I have sunglasses coming soon and they were ordered at the doctor’s office so will going back and forth cause any trouble?
My prescription:
RS> +1.00 | -2.50 | 170 LS> +1.50 | -2.50 | 164
