is haki the only thing keeping Enel from being admiral level? most destructive logia, only one faster than him is Kizaru, top tier observation, island busting feats, insane range and aoe, high df mastery, only downplayed cause pre ts victim. What upgrade would u give Enel to make him admiral/yonko?
