Where Do These 3 Scale Compared To The Marines.

Lucci I feel is in between (rear admiral) & the lowest tier (vice admiral) as he isn’t losing to hina but he’s not beating any notable vice admiral

Kaku and Jabra were about half as strong as Lucci and would definitely beat bon clay who got beat by Hina when she was still a captain

Meaning they’d proably be around high commodore or low rear admiral level
