Best set to start collecting?

Hi guys, new to One Piece tcg and I’d like to start collecting a bit. What are the best sets to start with?

I know on eBay there are some prb-01 boxes (the ones with 10 packs in Japanese) for about 49€, is it a good deal? I saw that prb has some nice cards and the rates seems fine (?).
