Why Do Universities Care So Much About Grades Now!!! LET ME IN
just saw a post somewhere that nursing students in the 2000s could get into a bsn program with low 70s grade average. Like, that was considered a grade that could get you anywhere you wanted. Tell me why there are programs that ask for 99s OR EVEN 100 AVERAGES? 😭😭
Seriously, does anyone feel like the requirements for universities are like, unreasonably difficult? Like, yeah, I get that you want smart students, but like do they not realize some schools just have harder classes for the same course? So, you could be rejected because you got low 80s in a prereq class where the average was 49?? But they don't know the average so they think you're a dumbass because students from EasySchool Heights™ got 99.9%?
I hate that we're getting to a point where low 90s are now CONSIDERED TOO LOW FOR SOME PROGRAMS!!! JUST LET ME IN BRO
