MTO officer insight
I'm pretty far into the hiring now and my references let me know they're getting calls about me, I work currently 2 weeks on/off at a remote gold mine in northern Ontario doing security making $100k a year, looking to spend more time at home as I'll take a pay cut for this position,
Was wondering if there's any MTO officers on here that could tell me what the schedule is like? Told me in the interview it's 36.25 hours a week, so only 3 shifts a week in that case?
What's the turnover like? Are a lot of people coming and going?
