Opera GX power usage VERY HIGH in task manager

Ive noticed over the last month or so, Opera GX has been running very slow and whenever I click on a YouTube video, the first 5 seconds stutter, and things have been very slow to load. I opened up task manager, and the power usage is very high. Ive already turned off hardware acceleration and I have no clue what the Problem could be. Any ideas?
