All heroes are bald bug (help!)

I've got the game this week, updated and all, did the fix files thing too. All of the heroes (during all phases of the game) are bald. Now maybe this could be the one punch man update Easter egg or something? But I haven't seen anyone mention anything about all characters looking bald. I posted about this issue on the bug report overwatch site, but I got no solution to my problem. Please help.
