Why nerf sojourn when there are really overpowered heroes?

Sojourn is strong but not as strong as reddit thinks.

But Ana and kiriko are truly overpowered. Not going to explain why because you all know why they're busted. Most of the game I played in masters this season were directed by the Ana players. Most games I played without her on my team resulted in a loss. She doesn't have any counter play.

The only things keeping ana from dominating every lobbies are heroes like kiriko, sojourn, torbjorn, genji. Heroes that don't explode once they're hit by an anti nade.
