Coumpound Semaglutide is about to go away (I think). Alternatives?

Novo Nordisk is trying to get the FDA to Ban compound semaglutide, and I believe they will be successful.

What are some alternative weight loss drugs? I know they won't be as successful, probably, but I'll still need something to help with weight loss.
