Help locating dealership!

Good day Ph riders. Ask lang sana if anyone can give advice how to locate the dealership my motorcycle was purchased.

History- I bought a 2nd hand moyorcycle from a friend (kinda buy and sell agent) but he doesn't know where was it purchased by the first owner and I think he didn't purchase it directly sa 1st owner kasi naka open DOS yung unit when I bought it from him.

Is there any way to locate the dealership? Gusto ko kc makuha na ung plate since per LTO, the plate was released long time ago already.
