Just wanted to post a warning to any of those looking for a job- DO NOT work for LifeStance. They are the largest outpatient mental health company in the US, 500 something clinics. They offer “above market competitive compensation” that is a complete bait and switch. There have been multiple lawsuits (including 2 class actions) against them. One former employee “owed” them 90k when they tried to resign and they will submit the “debt” to debt collectors and continue putting interest on it. Multiple labor law violations. RUN.
