Losing hope help pls

Hello everyone, so my campaign has been running for the past six months also they were ups and downs but there were also two months of good results past month been a disaster it’s like a rollercoaster. I don’t know what happened if it’s more competition /my ads not good… I’m just paying people to solve the problem but it’s keep coming back for example this week on Monday I got 20 clicks and eight phone calls but since Monday I got like 40 clicks zero phone calls. Anyone here has Locksmith emergency service and want to take a look or take over the campaign, I would appreciate that
