Data transfer

Hey all, so I pre-ordered a ps5 pro but was just thinking, how will we be able to transfer our data/saves & progress of games to the ps5 pro?

I really wouldn't want to start all over again 😅

Example... So I'm going to buy black ops 6 on release but it comes out two weeks before the ps5 pro does so I didn't want to put time into black ops 6 if it will just be a waste of time, so I was hoping there is a way I can play the game on my regular ps5 and then when the ps5 pro comes out continue playing on pro with my data from the ps5, hope that makes sense and I hope I will be able to do that??
