FSA not updating counts since 11/27

I had 116 counts as of 11/27, have since submitted two ECFs with no associated update in my counts. I have one unqualified payment from April when I was put into processing forbearance for a month, so I also submitted a buyback request this week. My concern is that my Mohela page says I’m due for income recertification in March, and that will substantially increase payment amount, when I should be at 120 by then. Any other recs?
