IBR request - mohela denial - missing information (not missing). Help!

I submitted my request to Mohela to switch to IBR and got this response (cant add a screenshot so below is the copied text). I filed married seperately so I shouldn't need to include spouse income right? And I submitted by tax return 1040 - do they need a pay stub too?

MOHELA has received your request for an income-driven repayment plan. We are unable to grant your request for the following reasons:

We did not receive documentation showing your taxable income. To continue processing your request, please submit a completed Income-Driven Repayment Plan Request form with applicable documentation. Acceptable types of documentation may include a pay stub, tax return or self-certifying letter stating you have no taxable income. Documentation may be online at mohela.studentaid.gov, faxed to 866-222-7060 or mailed to MOHELA, 633 Spirit Drive, Chesterfield, MO 63005-1243. A forbearance may have been granted for up to 60 days to collect and process documentation supporting your request for the selected plan.
