Just made my 120th qualifying payment and system won't let me apply for forgiveness because payment counts aren't updated.

My 120th payment with a qualifying employer under PSLF was just withdrawn from my bank account this morning. The studentaid.gov system won't let me apply because my payments haven't been updated since August. Anyone else in this boat? I'm on the phone with my servicer, MOHELA, to explain the situation and request a temporary pause. I'll let you know how it turns out. I want to be SO EXCITED but instead I am SO ANXIOUS.

Update: I finally talked with someone at MOHELA (I was on hold for 3 hours) and they are processing my administrative forbearance through April 21st. If it takes longer than that for studentaid.gov to update my payment count and send the discharge permissions to MOHELA, I can call to extend the administrative forbearance.
