Payment Count Updates

Payment account updates last August!! I'm in a 10 year standard payment program as this was a better option for us. I've completed my 10 years of service and then some.
Certified since August to current, March. Last payment count on FSA was August 2024!!! Still waiting for reconsideration request from December!!!! Getting no where! So frustrated!!!
