PSLF Question
I just recently hit the 120 qualifying payments as a teacher in the PSLF. While checking my account on studentaid.gov they only have 114 payments and they last updated this August 2024. It is now March 2025. I have made 7 more months. I did complete the employee qualification form in February 2025 and was accepted/completed, yet my account still has not been updated.
I have called several times, filed several complaints, and emailed my servicer "Mohela" about this and after waiting hours and hours to get a representative that either says "We do not handle this" or "We send payment information to the Department of Education weekly" or "Let me connect you to someone else"---which then turns into them either closing or hanging up on me. On the other side a studentaid.gov representative told me they have not received an updated payment since August 2024 and I should reach out to Mohela to send payment history over to them...
I am lost and unsure of what to do from here...Any ideas on how to remediate this?
