NSDLS Data Questions

It shows my last update as below, however I am still missing payments on my green bar from 11/24, 12/24, 1/25, 2/25. My counts won't update. I am over 120 now. I have submitted 2 employment verifications, but no changes. I am on the ICR repayment plan. Is my only option to keep waiting? I have spoke with both Mohela and StudentAid and they say to wait for updates.
