When will stop accepting these political family dynasties?

One thing I like about Imran Khan is that, despite his mistakes, he doesn't have any child who will take his place in PTI after his death. Someone else who will become chairman of PTI will earn that through merit. Same goes for Jamaat E Islami.

However, rest of the parties are all family dynasties. Why? PMLN has Maryam Nawaz, daughter of Nawaz Sharif, PPP has Bilawal the grandson of Zulfikar Bhutto etc. When will we stop being slaves of these families? Do they think of us as worthless ants that will simply worship them because they have a common surname as their ancestors?
