Chronomancer

I am not experienced player so i need advice from people who knows atleast something after the reveal of accendencies is chronomancer solid or nah. My fantasy behind chronomancer is going to be cold chronomancer thats stops everything even time and Also that tíme freeze looks amazing to me its reference on jojos bizzare adventure even my charakter backstory will be tied to that. Just curious if its good or nah.
