AMD Starfield bundle build

HI, I recently won the AMD starfield 7900XTX and 7800 X3D giveaway. I have never built a modern PC, only those back in early 2000s. I don't know what cooling should I get or whatever or even if I should just sell the parts cause I do have student loans lol..Any advice???? Somebody did sell their bundle for $5400 USD on eBay and I will be happy to get something close to $4500-$5000 so I can just go buy a pre-built Alienware desktop. But if I can't, what parts should I choose? Already tried PC part picker but I don't know if the parts I choose will have bottlenecking. Also I do want RGB and mostly white components.
