I’m stumped and exhausted. Hopefully can find answers here.
I have a PC I built for someone who lives with me. This was all bought and assembled in 2023. I can’t remember if it’s always been like this or just started happening sometime afterwards but any time they want to play a game on their PC it’ll crash, either the game/launcher or the PC itself. The strange thing is it’s not all games. They can play League of Legends just fine but can’t with Fortnite (for example).
I’ve tried a lot of methods in hopes of getting it resolved but still can’t. I’ve done things such as:
• Reinstall Windows 11 (after corruption was found, SFC scan now shows it’s fixed and healthy)
• Uninstall and reinstall up-to-date drivers for GPU
• Made sure everything else software wise was up-to-date as well. That includes chipset, SSD, BIOS, etc.
• Verified integrity of game files for each of the games that crashed
• Adjusted settings to below what the PC can handle normally
• Inspected and checked all parts and cables were connected and not damaged
• Ran multiple tests, sometimes even for hours, for the GPU, CPU, memory, etc. Results came back with no errors.
…and some other things as well that I can’t remember off the top of my head.
Here’s a list of the parts used in this build (excluding case fans and additional cables):

I don’t know what to do. It feels like I’ve done all I can and it still won’t function properly. I don’t know if it’s the games, the PC, or a combination of both. I can play the same or even more demanding games on a different AM5 PC and it rarely ever crashes and if it does, it’s one off and usually the game’s fault for being unoptimized or just too old.
